The Ace RP-600PL is the Platinum version of Ace's 6-roller pump, built for the chemicals that wear out standard cast iron pumps. Its high-nickel casting resists corrosion from herbicides, liquid fertilizers and other aggressive mixes, and it pairs that with FKM (Viton) seals and sealed bearings for long service life. It's interchangeable with the discontinued Hypro 6500XL 6-roller pump.
Why Platinum? Standard cast iron roller pumps corrode quickly with fertilizers and many herbicides, so the rotor and body wear and the pump loses performance. If you run these products daily, the Platinum pump typically outlasts several standard pumps.

Platinum or standard cast iron?
If you spray mostly water-based insecticides, the standard cast iron pump is the economical choice. If you run liquid fertilizers or corrosive herbicides regularly, the Platinum pump resists the corrosion that destroys cast iron pumps, and it usually pays for itself in longer life.
Will it replace my Hypro 6500XL?
Yes. The RP-600PL is interchangeable with the Hypro 6500XL 6-roller pump, which is no longer available.
Which rotation do I need?
This pump is counter-clockwise, the standard for tractor PTO drive. For direct coupling to a gas engine, you need a clockwise ("-R") pump like the RP-600C-R. Match the rotation of your old pump, or call us at 602-371-1993.
Can it be rebuilt?
Yes. The Ace RK-RP600 repair kit includes the seals, o-rings and rollers. Flush the pump with clean water after spraying fertilizers or herbicides to extend its life.
