Update 5/5/21

Fedex has reinstated Express Shipment Money Back Guarantees.

UPDATE 12/14/20

We are getting numerous reports of delivery delays with both USPS and Fedex deliveries.  We have contacted both USPS and Fedex who say they are doing everything they can do in the current Covid/staffing environment.

Both USPS and Fedex have ELIMINATED delivery guarantees.

QSpray is still shipping 99% of our orders SAME DAY.  We are trying to do a great job for our customers.  We ask that if there is a shipping delay, that you understand this is outside of our control.

UPDATE 11/14/20

We have reinstated Fedex Express Shipping Options.  Fedex is not guaranteeing delivery times.  If you select Express Shipping, please note, Fedex does not guarantee delivery times and therefore WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES.  


Update 8/27

Fedex Update.  Fedex is no longer providing express delivery guarantees.  There seems to be a particular problem with 2-day and 3-day express shipments.  Qspray cannot, and does not, guarantee Fedex performance.  Thank you.


Update 6/4/20

Fedex is reporting SERIOUS DELAYS in deliveries to residences and businesses located in residential areas.


Update 5/20/20

Due to the huge increase in the number of orders received, we have implemented a $30 minimum order size.  This will allow us to process an increased number of orders, with a reduced staff, while maintaining correct social distancing.  Thank you for understanding.


UPDATE 04/06/20.  To our friends and customers.

We are working as hard as we can but....

We are experiencing unbelievable growth in sales, orders, phone calls & emails.

Our vendors are extending delivery times and putting many products on backorder.

With government incentives, we have had employees decide that staying home was preferable to working.

We have fewer employees doing a hell of a lot more work.

We are not able to provide the levels of service our customers expect and our employees strive for.

What this means:

While we are working as hard as we can...

We are not able to ship all orders same day.

Some orders are being placed on backorder status.

We are not able to answer all phone calls as they come in.

We are not able to respond to all emails immediately.

Please bear with us.  Everyone here is working as hard and as fast as possible.

EFFECTIVE 3/30/20 - Fedex has suspended money back guarantees on all its services until further notice.

This action was taken in response to the Corona Virus. Thank you for understanding.


As our nation continues to address the Covid-19 pandemic, many state and local officials have been prompted to take unprecedented action in order to protect their communities, including mandatory closures of non-essential business.  Still, even in those communities with mandated business closures, certain businesses essential to ensuring the continuity of functions critical to public health and safety, as well as economic and national security, can continue their normal work schedule.

The professional pest control industry is an essential service for the protection of the public health, food supply and property.  We play a critical role in supporting the pest control industry in protecting our nation's public health and food supply.

We are open for business.  We have made some changes which will impact walk-in customers.  We ask that customers visiting our store stand outside unless absolutely necessary and maintain at least a 6 foot distance from others during all interactions.

Our delivery timeframes have extended significantly due to attendance and supplier issues.

We will continue to keep you informed of any key developments regarding COVID-19 as it relates to our company with the hope that we keep things as normal as possible.

We understand this is a trying time for everyone and we sincerely appreciate your business and the relationships we have with our customers.
