Birchmeier Backpack and Lord of the O‑Ring

Posted by Andrew Greess on Oct 6, 2016

For a long, productive, profitable Birchmeier Backpack Sprayer life we at QSpray suggest that you replace all the O-rings once a year. We carry two kits: Regular and Viton. Viton is for those who use weed control products in their sprayers. With regular or heavy use the o-rings are just a part that wears down over time.

Call it spring cleaning or winterizing your equipment it doesn't matter to us. But we suggest taking it apart, cleaning it all and then replacing all the o-rings/gaskets. It will keep your sprayer in top working condition and lessen the need for service repairs. Visit Qspray.com to order replacement kits for your Birchmeier sprayer today.

Andrew Greess: Hi, this is Andrew Greess with qspray.com. Today, I'm talking about the Birchmeier backpack. It's a terrific backpack, but it's critical that you take care of it.

One of the things you need to do is your annual preventative maintenance. For a heavy user, we recommend you changing the O‑rings once a year. This is the actual O‑ring repair kit. It has all the O‑rings for the backpack. We have it in two different flavors, regular and Viton. Viton is recommended for those using weed control products.

What we recommend is once a year, clean out your backpack, tear it down, take it apart, clean all the parts, and replace all the gaskets. If you do that, you will have many years of trouble‑free service and, hopefully, it'll bring you lots of profitability and happy customers.

Thanks for watching. Visit us at qspray.com for your Birchmeier repair parts.
