Dollar-sign1.Get to work early each day.

Getting in early allows you to plan your day without distraction. Successful salespeople are competitive by nature. This is an easy way to get a jump on everyone and give yourself an edge.

2. Maintain a personal relationship with your Prospects/Customers.

Customers want to do business with pest professionals who are interested in them. Listen to them and learn from them. Show you care. They will tell you what you need to know.

3. Create a System.

Sales success is not an accident. It's the result of setting up a consistent system and sticking to it. Start each day knowing what you need to accomplish and what your next steps are.

4. Prioritize Everything.

Break things down in order of importance. Don't waste time on mundane tasks. Concentrate on tasks that get results. Take care of your customers first. Then spend time prospecting for more.

5. Provide Solutions.

Above all, customers expect solutions to their pest problems. Be responsive and creative. Explain your plan designed to solve their problem in detail. Let them know you are their personal expert pest consultant.

Confidence, expertise and hard work are character traits shared by successful pest sales professionals. If you combine these traits with the 5 Rules above, success is in your future!
