These 6500 series pumps are commonly found in 3-point sprayers, pest control equipment, and de-icing skids, and they’re capable of achieving up to 21.8 GPM (82.5 lpm) and 300 PSI (20.7 bar). This series of pumps can sustain a lot of wear in the field. They’re highly resistant to chemicals and designed to work with insecticides, herbicides, liquid fertilizers, emulsions, aromatic solvents, and other fluids.

Each of these 6-roller pumps has a different level of resistance. The cast iron Hypro 6500C roller pumps have been tested to last 140 hours before failure. Ni-Resist pumps last up to 332 hours. The premium Silvercast pumps have been tested for over 1,000 hours.
Note that the standard rotation is counter-clockwise, for use with belts and pulleys. If you prefer a Hypro 6500 pump that offers reversed action, for use with jaw style couplings, look for the products with the “R” next to their model number.
